We offer shipping within the United States and internationally, and use a variety of carriers to ensure that your order arrives in a timely and secure manner.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard shipping within the United States is free on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5 will be charged.
  • Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee, which will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping:

  • International shipping is available to select countries, and rates vary based on location and shipping method selected.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs, taxes, or duties imposed by their country of residence.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and shipped via USPS or UPS for domestic orders, and USPS or DHL for international orders. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected, but typically range from 3-7 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international orders.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available for international orders.

Returns and Exchanges:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale Items and Gift Cards:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
