Up for auction/sale is a magnificent, early Liberty Seated Silver Dollar—an authentic 1843 Seated Liberty Silver Dollar, professionally certified and graded AU 53 by ANACS, boasting remarkable residual mint luster!

Struck at the historic Philadelphia Mint during the early years of the Liberty Seated series, early no-motto silver dollars are notoriously difficult to find with strong eye appeal. With a tiny original mintage of just 165,100 pieces, the vast majority saw heavy commercial circulation, emerging today heavily worn, damaged, or cleaned. This About Uncirculated (AU) specimen survived nearly two centuries in exceptional condition, preserving vibrant cartwheel-like luster bursting through the fields and around the design elements. Displaying sharp, defined details and classic original surfaces, this piece represents a high-end centerpiece investment for any serious U.S. type-set or silver dollar collection.
