Up for auction/sale is a desirable early-date U.S. silver half dollar—an authentic 1918 Walking Liberty Half Dollar (Philadelphia Mint) in solid Good 6 (G-6) condition!

Struck during the final year of World War I, the 1918 Philadelphia issue features Adolph A. Weinman’s iconic Walking Liberty design. With a mintage of 6,634,000 pieces, many of these silver half dollars saw extensive circulation during the post-war economic boom, making well-preserved examples with complete rims and solid details increasingly scarce. This specimen displays honest, balanced circulation wear while retaining full major design elements, a fully distinct date, and complete rims—an ideal acquisition for completing a mid-grade Walking Liberty album or classic U.S. silver type set.
